SheOnlyWears... believe in keeping the focus on fashion and that's why we make returns as clear and simple as possible!

All you have to do is make sure the item(s) are returned to us in the same condition as you received them. Just make sure:

  • the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and perfume/make-up free
  • the item(s) still have the tags attached
  • shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, used/open/unsealed cosmetics/perfume or any underwear/swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.To return your unwanted item(s) follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete the returns form included in your delivery (contact customers@sheonlywears.co.uk if you no longer have this)
  2. Pop your item(s) and the returns form in the delivery bag and reseal
  3. Stick the returns label provided onto the delivery bag
  4. Head to your nearest Post Office and they'll send it back to us!
Clear and simple!

Always ask for a certificate of postage and keep it safe until we confirm we've got your return. The certificate of postage will include a tracking number so you can also monitor the progress.

Please make sure you use the returns label provided as we're unable to refund postage costs for alternative return methods.We always recommend using a tracked service just in case your parcel gets lost on the way back to us.

That's it! We'll take it from here. We refund item(s) within 14 working days of them arriving with us - although we work hard to make sure it's faster than that.

We'll send you an email once your return has been processed and the funds are back in your account within 5 working days.

Please note that express shipping costs are non-refundable.
